We will start with Photoshop CS from this lesson. Photoshop CS2 is
well established in the market and we will keep our self just one
version behind. So we are shifting to Photoshop CS.
Match color is an image adjustment command used to adjust
brightness, color balance and color saturation.

Let us remove color cast from the image. Color cast means the tint
of the unwanted dominant color in the image.

Neutralize option from Match Color dialogue box removes the color
cast automatically from the image.

1. Open Photoshop CS.
2. Open Island Girl.jpg from the samples folder of Photoshop CS
directory.
3. Go to Image > Adjustments > Match Color
4. Please make sure that the Preview option is checked.
5. Make sure that None is selected for the Source menu at the
bottom.
6. Check Neutralize.
7. Observe the image carefully.
8. The blue Color cast is disappeared.
9. You can keep the dialogue box opened, move it aside and
uncheck to go back to the original color.
10. Select the Neutralize option again to carefully observe the
difference.
11. Observe the sky portion in the image, the way it changes
after selecting Neutralize option.
12. At he same time observe the ground part which is full of
sand.
13. The change is minute hence you have to observe it carefully.
14. Please do not save the image.
